Shipping Policy:

Shipment can usually be made on the same day that orders are placed, if the items are available and orders are received before Noon Eastern Standard Time. Exceptions are noted in each product description. Please refer to the order number, your account number or purchase order number when making order inquiries.

All pick-up orders must be received in our office at least one day before they are scheduled to be taken.

All transportation charges must be paid by the purchaser. We prepay shipping charges and add the amount to the invoice. Orders are packed in the most economical way and shipped using the best method unless otherwise specified. When necessary, containers are charged at cost.

UPS HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SURCHARGE. UPS charges an additional handling fee for each package containing items classified as “hazardous” by the U.S. Department of Transportation. When applicable, this fee appears separately on our invoice, in addition to the usual shipping charge.

International Orders

No Minimum Order

However, a $3.00 service charge will be added to each shipment totaling less than $25.00 (excluding freight).

Return Policy:

DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US. Returns resulting from an ordering error are subject to a minimum 10% restocking charge with freight prepaid to our establishment. Items must be returned in original box and in resalable condition.

Damages and Shortages

In the event of damages or shortages, notify Connecticut Valley Biological Supply Company within 7 days. Damage or shortage discovered after any extended period of time may not be eligible for compensation.
